The original Alt+Shift platform was visually cluttered and difficult for teams to navigate. Key collaboration tools were hidden or hard to access, causing delays and frustration. Teams struggled to manage projects, track progress, and communicate effectively. The challenge was to design an interface that encouraged collaboration while keeping workflows clear and intuitive.

Solution

Notifications and project updates were redesigned for clarity, and advanced features were made accessible without overwhelming new users. Scalability was considered to allow future feature expansion without clutter.
